To identify which vaccinations you require, please either click on the countries listed below or visit the following website: www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk

Patients may wish to contact/visit a travel clinic for vaccine availability as we only offer NHS travel vaccinations at our surgery. Our two main travel clinics are located at: Superdrug in Guildford Town Centre or the Travel Clinic at Waterloo Train Station

We require 6 weeks notice and ask that all patients requiring travel vaccinationscomplete a questionnaire before requesting an appointment. These forms are available from reception at the surgery or can be downloaded. Please consult with a Practice Nurse at your earliest convenience for advice regarding travel and necessarry vaccinations. Some vaccines can take several weeks to administer.

One appointment per patient. We only offer NHS free vaccinations at our practice, these are: Tetanus, Typhoid, Hepatitis A and Cholera.

If you fall unwell during your holidays and need medical assistance, contact your insurance company straight away. They will then contact us and we will prioritise your claim. Please note that a fee is payable from your insurance company prior to your claim being dealt with. Insurance companies have the facility to expedite payment in such circumstances.  Please feel free to contact the surgery to find out the progress of any claims.
